Meditation is a wellspring for wellbeing.

My meditation journey began with Transcendental Meditation in the 70s, and has involved Zen, a training in contemporary and holistic spirituality and the Endorphin Effect with William Bloom. I am a certified Endorphin Effect trainer.

I teach in a secular way, allowing space for individual beliefs. I start with the basic elements of meditation and add further practices as required. I also teach the Endorphin Effect strategies for mind/body healthcare as a guided meditation.

I work with individuals, groups and have been teaching in adult education for ten years. I can come into your work place.

I delight in demystifying meditation, making it accessible, enjoyable and as comforting as a cup of tea.

Spacious Body – Spacious Life

The Alexander Technique is a way of learning how to release unnecessary tension and transform poor habits of use.

This creates greater space and ease in the body

  • Finer balance and poise
  • Better overall functioning

I had my first Alexander Technique lesson in 1980.

A long term fascination with the process, particularly the consciousness aspect, led to a teacher training at the London Centre For Alexander Technique & Training.

I am a fully qualified and insured member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) and teach in Highbury, London N5.
